Fall Has Arrived at River Gorge Ranch!
What an incredible year 2025 has been at River Gorge Ranch and we aren't done yet! We've reached several major milestones, and the past few months have been busier than ever. We now have over 700 lots sold and 60+ homes under construction with more and more residents moving in every day! We're excited to share updates on the restaurant, water lines, and much more.
Water's Flowing at River Gorge Ranch!
We've Got Water! A majority of homes throughout Phase 1 of River Gorge Ranch are connected or are in the queue to be connected to city water. As with the rest of our infrastructure, we continue to work to expand to other phases as quickly as possible.
We'll continue to keep y'all updated as progress unfolds. In the meantime, take a moment to watch the video below, it's a great reminder of just how far we've come and how much incredible progress has been made across the mountain!
Final Surfacing for Phase 1 Roads
There was a point where we thought this would have to wait until spring of 2026, but the roller compacted concrete crews have mobilized work has begun. Check out the 360° high-elevation photo below to get a good overview of our progress. If you follow the main road up the mountain, the first left leads into "Buck Crossing Drive" where the road work has started!
Riverdance Continues to Amaze
We're rapidly approaching Riverdance's opening day, and the entire team is focused on the finish line. A group of artists from Wyoming is currently installing the space's stunning centerpiece; a massive recreation of the Tennessee River that spans the entire length of Riverdance's iconic breezeway.
Meanwhile, our team continues perfecting the details that set Riverdance apart: hand-carved stone flooring sourced directly from the mountain, adjustable screens on the back patio for year-round comfort, and countless other thoughtful touches that make this space truly special.
Please take a look at both videos below, one of which is the 'Part Two' of our Riverdance tour with John Thornton, the other being a preview of our artists work on the breezeway river installation.
Also here are some updated photos of the dining space and the incredible inlays that will accompany the breezeway river!
Peak Fall Colors Are Almost Here!
The video above is an estimated timing of fall foliage throughout the area, with the star indicating the location of River Gorge Ranch. Late October through mid-November is when our mountain puts on its most spectacular show. Plan your visit during these prime weeks to tour your property, explore the trails, and experience the mountain at its absolute best.
News & Notes
We're Moving Our Owner's Event to Spring 2026
We know so many wanted to have a repeat of last year's wonderful community meet and greet & we will get there, but with Riverdance's projected date being so close to the holidays we felt it was best to delay until the spring where everyone can have more time to plan ahead with less conflicts. We will be in touch with a spring Save The Date.
