The Amenities of River Gorge Ranch
River Gorge Ranch is envisioned as a vibrant community boasting an array of amenities. Three major facilities are currently under development, including the crown jewel, the Villa Square. This social and recreational hub will serve as the heart of the community. Additional amenities will offer unique experiences tailored to their mountainside locations.
Beyond these central attractions, residents will enjoy an abundance of outdoor spaces. Miles of trails, sidewalks, and charming parks invite relaxation, neighborly connections, and active lifestyles.
Our Incredible Amenities
Three large scale amenity centers are currently in the planning stages for River Gorge Ranch, with more on the way!
The Villa Square
Built on a 27 acre parcel - the Villa Square is set to be worthy of its position as the grand entrance of River Gorge Ranch. The Villa will feature numerous sites for leisure, exercise, or socializing, among them being a great lawn, fitness center, restaurant, and an incredible pond.
Amenity Center No.2
Amenity Center No. 2 is now under construction! It's a community focused design, with large, open spaces for the residents of River Gorge Ranch to relax and exercise.
River Gorge Ranch Amenity 2 is located within five miles, in any direction, of the exterior property lines of River Gorge Ranch. Amenity 2 encompasses a 16-acre tract that will include the RGR Firehall, a pool and pool house, a tennis court, pickleball courts, a dog park, a playground, common areas, and a mail kiosk.
Amenity Center No.3
The render above depicts the third planned amenity center. This amenity is in its early planning stages, but is shaping up to be a stellar addition to the community. With a focus on outdoor recreation and exercise, this amenity center is centered around a large pond. Enjoy canoeing on the water, walking the track, or letting the kids play on the playground while you relax!
The Community Overlook
Nestled in The Overlook neighborhood, the Community Overlook is a special place to slow down and take it all in. Gather with your loved ones and neighbors at a multi-tiered observation deck to soak in the views.
