What you could call the main "artery" of the mountain has been installed, a nearly 11 mile waterline that stretches from the far eastern edge of the mountain all the way to the front gate! This is a 16" pipe, which will ensure consistent water flow to all residences, even during peak usage times – so every home enjoys reliable water pressure and service.

Currently, Tennessee American Water's contractor is making steady progress on the adjoining property connection, with completion expected in approximately 6 weeks. They'll be installing a temporary 8" line to get the service running, which will be upgraded to a permanent 16" line by the end of the year.
