Hello From the Mountain!
Fall has arrived, and there's a lot happening at River Gorge Ranch! In this edition we've got construction progress on Amenity Center No. 2, an infrastructure update, big news from Riverdance, and a brand-new weather cam.
Amenity Center No. 2 Is Taking Shape!
One of the most exciting projects on the mountain is well underway. Amenity Center No. 2 is under construction, and we're happy to report that progress is going smoothly! Crews have been hard at work, and the buildings are starting to take shape.
Want to see what it will look like when it's finished? The video below was recorded from a fully interactive visualization of Amenity Center No. 2 that's on display in our Welcome Center. Stop by the Welcome Center to explore the layout for yourself and learn more about everything it will offer.

Every week it looks a little more like the renderings!
Homes Are Going Up All Across the Mountain!
It's been so rewarding to watch River Gorge Ranch come to life. Almost 900 lots have been sold, and 100 homes are now built or under construction! More and more owners are turning their plans into the mountain homes they've been dreaming about, and new neighbors are settling in to enjoy everything River Gorge Ranch has to offer.
The mountain is growing right along with them! Roads in Phase 1-A are fully paved, paving continues to move through Phase 1-B, and underground power, fiber and water keep reaching more of the community. Beyond that, crews have started roadwork in Phase 2 and clearing in Phase 3, so there's always something new taking shape.
See the Progress for Yourself
Our interactive utility map shows everywhere the completed water line and completed fiber and electric service are already in the ground. Open it up, zoom in on your favorite corner of the mountain, and switch each layer on and off to see just how far we've come!

Riverdance Has Been a Smash Hit!
We couldn't be more thrilled with how Riverdance has been received. It has been nothing short of a gargantuan success, and we've seen a truly incredible outpouring of enthusiasm for the restaurant: the food, the views, the events, and everything in between.
It's been a season to remember! Riverdance hosted weddings all summer, plus rehearsal dinners, engagement parties and a concert with The Travelin' McCourys, and the event tent now sparkles with newly hung chandeliers. The new band stage is nearly finished, with stone columns, warm wood, overhead heaters and custom metal railings, and a custom Osprey sign is on the way. It's already hosting Thursday music nights! Even better, the architects are designing a new addition near the stage.
Thank you to everyone who has come out to share a meal, catch a sunset, or celebrate with us. We recently put together a new ad for Riverdance that's now running around the area, and we think the footage turned out great. Take a look!
Check out our new Riverdance ad, now running in the area!
Say Hello to Our New Weather Cam!
We've installed a brand-new permanent weather cam, so you can check in on the mountain any time, from anywhere. See what the weather is doing, or just enjoy the view. And of course, nothing beats seeing it in person. We'd love for you to stop by!
