We've reached several major milestones this year, and the past few months have been busier than ever. With over 700 lots sold and 60+ homes under construction, more and more residents are moving in every day. The momentum is real, and we're excited to share what's happening across the mountain.

First off, we've got water! A majority of homes throughout Phase 1 of River Gorge Ranch are now connected or in the queue to be connected to city water. We now have over 12 miles of waterline installed, and as with all of our infrastructure, we continue working to expand to other phases as quickly as possible. This is a game-changer for our growing community, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have this critical milestone behind us.

The roller compacted concrete crews have mobilized and work has begun on expanding our road network into residential areas. This marks the start of what will eventually become over 49 miles of paved roads throughout the development. Additionally, all homes in the first phases now have fiber and electricity connectivity, giving residents the modern infrastructure they expect!

The entrance to our community is nearly finished and will feature an absolutely incredible state-of-the-art security system. This comprehensive approach ensures both safety and a welcoming arrival experience for everyone who calls River Gorge Ranch home.

You've likely spotted photos and videos of Riverdance across our social channels (follow us on Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube for daily updates!). We're thrilled to confirm that our signature restaurant remains on track for its grand opening by year's end.

We're in the final stretch now, with the entire team laser-focused on bringing Riverdance to life. A talented group of artists from Wyoming is currently installing the space's showstopping centerpiece: a massive recreation of the Tennessee River that flows through Riverdance's iconic breezeway. It's nearly finished and absolutely breathtaking in person – we'll continue sharing progress updates as we approach the ribbon cutting.

Our team has poured incredible attention into every detail. Hand-carved stone flooring sourced directly from the mountain. Adjustable screens on the back patio for year-round comfort. Countless other thoughtful touches that make this space truly special.

As we share these updates, we have to mention the scenery. The fall colors are looking amazing up here right now. The leaves are falling, and Tennessee fall colors are truly unbeatable. It's the perfect time to visit and see all the progress in person while surrounded by the natural beauty that makes this place so special.
