We hope everyone is having a great start to spring. With over 600 lots sold and over 40 homes under construction, momentum continues to be incredible at River Gorge Ranch! We wanted to share a few brief updates on various ongoing projects.

We have installed over 6 miles of water line with one crew working from the front of the community towards the back and another larger crew working from back to front where they will eventually connect to one another. As communicated previously, our road crews have been dedicated to building the primary road towards the end of our property which was necessary for main water line installation. As they conclude that road in the next few weeks, the crews can get back to sub grading roads within remainder of Phase 1 and 2.

The enthusiasm and demand for living at RGR has resulted in homes being built and homeowners eager to move in. To accommodate this, our developer has generously stepped up to install wells for these early residents as a bridge to their permanent water supply from TAW. We are so excited to welcome the first residents moving into the community over the next few weeks!

We wanted to be sure that no matter what you might hear or read, you knew the fact that water will not be an issue at River Gorge Ranch, and that our developer is going the extra mile to allow our homebuyers to move in while the waterline construction project is being completed as planned.

If you've been keeping up with our socials (We're on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Youtube - follow us to stay up-to-date!) you've no doubt seen videos and images of our amazing restaurant. This is on schedule to be completed, and opened to the public, by the end of the year. The view from the back porch has to be seen to be believed!

Fiber & Electricity have now been installed through over half of the first phase - just in time for our first residents to move in! It has been amazing to watch our community come to life (literally!) as homes start illuminating across the front of the mountain.

Also, the stunning entrance to the mountain is rapidly taking shape! Signage with our logo will be installed later in the Spring. Once activated, the gate will provide both security and a sense of arrival as you enter your mountain community. We're working diligently behind the scenes on access systems and will be providing individual gate codes to all owners once activated.
